Parents of John Tucker, of Breckinridge, Identified; Paternal Lineage Determined

John Tucker (circa 1759-1851) of Breckinridge County, Kentucky was our 3rd and 4th great-grandfather, respectively.  But where did he come from?  Recent DNA results and a forgotten record from the Library of Virginia shed some light.
